Q: Do I have to register and create an account to make a purchase?
A: Yes, it is advisable to do so. By registering an account, it will be more convenient for you as we have the info saved such as mailing address and all. Besides, there might be some member only exclusive deal that you will miss out if you do not register.
Q: Which courier provider compay are you using to deliver my order(s)?
A: We are using AIRPAK courier service to deliver the order(s). We may use POSLaju if your area is not in coverage (we will contact you to inform if that is the case).
Q: How long do I have to wait for my order(s) to arrive?
A: We will proceed to deliver your order(s) once payment have been verified and received.
For West Malaysia, it will take between 3-7 working days while for East Malaysia it will take between 7-10 working days.
Q: Can I return or refund the products that I purchased from HAIR EMPIRE.MY?
A: Products are not refundable or returnable except:
1. Wrong product delivered
2. Product is out of stock
3. Product is defective upon receiving*
*Customer must call or email us to inform us on the defective product (with proof) within 24hours upon receiving the product.
*Defective product must be delivered back to us at this address: B-266, Jalan Beserah, 25300 Kuantan, Pahang Darul Makmur
*Defective product must be returned within 3 days upon date of receiving.
*Return shipping cost shall be bear by customer.
*Defective product must be returned with tag/boxes if available.
